On Friday, 12th September, we held our annual Emirates Dubai 7s Long Lunch, and it was once again a huge success, raising over AED 800,000 for the Dubai 7s For Good CSR project.

We were joined by special guests, England’s most-capped player Ben Youngs and renowned coach Michael Cheika, with the afternoon hosted by rugby great Martin Bayfield. Funds raised will go directly towards improving sports and education facilities at North Road Primary School in Mbale, Uganda.

Since launching in 2021, Dubai 7s For Good has delivered lasting impact - from building a regulation rugby pitch and safe water stations to refurbishing classrooms and supporting grassroots rugby and netball coaching. This year’s funds will continue that work, helping young people in Uganda thrive both on and off the pitch.
