We’re bringing some of the biggest names in international rugby to the Emirates Dubai 7s this year - and you can train with them! Join our Friday rugby masterclasses led by legends Tom Mitchell, Emily Scarratt, Ben Youngs and Dan Cole, as they share expert tips, on-field insights and skills to elevate your game.

Friday, 28 November Masterclass Schedule:

• Session 1 – Under 16s: 13:30 – 14:00 (Tom Mitchell & Emily Scarratt)
• Session 2 – Under 14s: 14:30 – 15:00 (Ben Youngs & Dan Cole)
• Session 3 – Under 10s: 15:30 – 16:00 (Ben Youngs & Dan Cole)
• Session 4 – Under 12s: 16:30 – 17:00 (Tom Mitchell & Emily Scarratt)
