Cricket at the 7s is growing in popularity year-on-year! This fast-paced Cricket 7s returns to our world-class cricket pitches with Open competitions for Competitive and Social Teams: Men’s Women’s or Mixed!

A real crowd favourite of the Emirates Dubai 7s since its inception in 2015. The Netball tournament is well known across the world as sides play on the four courts of The Sevens Stadium.

Rebound, Padel at the Emirates Dubai 7s is back for its second year after the competition made its debut in 2023. The only Padel tournament of its kind, Rebound gives Padel enthusiasts in the UAE and beyond the chance to show off their skills in the heart of the festival site, whilst enjoying everything the 3-day event has to offer in between matches, with divisions for all abilities. 

An entry-level competition, for fitness enthusiasts entering their first fitness competition. Competitors should be familiar with regular exercise and use this as an opportunity to test themselves in a fun and challenging environment. Workouts in this category will be scaled and will test strength endurance rather than max strength.

For the everyday athlete who has a strong background in fitness and sports. Athletes should know their way around a barbell and relish in the challenge of pushing themselves in a fitness competition.
