The largest mass-participation rugby 7s tournament in the world with teams joining us from every corner of the globe! 17 divisions of play as sides run out across the eight beautiful fields of The Sevens Stadium, over 3 days, leaving everything on the field before enjoying all that is on offer off the field!
International Invitational Divisions
From the International Invitational to the International Social and International Vets. Over 100 teams from around the world join us in Dubai each year to do battle for the cup. All competitions take place over the three days of the festival giving you the opportunity to enjoy all that Dubai has to offer.
GCC Divisions
Regional bragging rights are up for grabs! Whether it is the Gulf League or the Gulf Open or Vets competitions, the competition is fierce. Twelve months of the right to call yourselves champions. Teams from across the GCC.

Netball
A real crowd favourite of the Emirates Dubai 7s since its inception in 2015. The Netball tournament is well known across the world as sides play on the four courts of The Sevens Stadium.
Cricket
Cricket at the 7s is growing in popularity year-on-year! This fast-paced Cricket 7s returns to our world-class cricket pitches with Open competitions for Competitive and Social Teams: Men’s Women’s or Mixed!

Pool Players
RUGBY POOL PLAYERS
Register as a Rugby Pool Player for Emirates Dubai 7s 2026 if you’re attending without a team but still want to play. A general admission ticket is required, and you’ll receive player accreditation once selected. Your details will be shared with teams in need of players, who will contact you directly. Pool Players must accept the first invitation they receive, and availability is expected across all three days, though selection isn’t guaranteed.
NETBALL POOL PLAYERS
Register as a Netball Pool Player for Emirates Dubai 7s 2026 if you’re attending without a team but still want to play. A general admission ticket is required, and you’ll receive player accreditation once selected. Your details will be shared with teams in need of players, who will contact you directly. Pool Players must accept the first invitation they receive, and availability is expected across all three days, though selection isn’t guaranteed.
Rebound
Rebound, Padel at the Emirates Dubai 7s is back for its third year after the competition made its debut in 2023. The only Padel tournament of its kind, Rebound gives Padel enthusiasts in the UAE and beyond the chance to show off their skills in the heart of the festival site, whilst enjoying everything the 3-day event has to offer in between matches, with divisions for all abilities.
SUPER SOCIAL
An entry-level competition, for fitness enthusiasts entering their first fitness competition. Competitors should be familiar with regular exercise and use this as an opportunity to test themselves in a fun and challenging environment. Workouts in this category will be scaled and will test strength endurance rather than max strength.
OPEN
For the everyday athlete who has a strong background in fitness and sports. Athletes should know their way around a barbell and relish in the challenge of pushing themselves in a fitness competition.
ELITE
For the most advanced athletes in the region and beyond.You should be proficient in high skill movements and be comfortable with more heavy weights.
GAA Football
From its Irish roots to the world class pitches of Dubai 7s, Emirates Dubai 7s is proud to be hosting our very first Gaelic Football tournament at the festival this year!
In keeping with the 7s spirit, traditional 15-a-side Gaelic Football will take on a new format especially for Dubai 7s with seven players per side and matches played across two seven-minute halves.
