On Friday, 4^th September, the annual Emirates Dubai 7s Long Lunch took place to raise money for the Dubai 7s For Good CRS Project. With a massive success of AED 849,245 being raised!

This year we were joined by special guest speakers, Bob Skinstad and Micheal Hooper, who both formerly captained their respective countries, South Africa and Australia. As well as being accompanied by our host England rugby personality, Martin Bayfield. All in support of Dubai 7s For Good.

Since launching in 2021, the initiative has raised over 2.7 million! This 5-year transformative project has positively impacted 3,488 students, resulted in full refurbishments of netball courts, new dormitories, renovated classrooms and teachers living quarters and the plantation of 1,000 trees.

With such a successful event this year, we received a massive donation of AED 849,245 which will go towards the new initiative in 2027, where Dubai 7s For Good will begin its next five-year CSR project in a new country, with further details to be announced shortly!
