- Tickets may not be re-sold/transferred for profit by anyone other than the Organiser.
- Any unauthorized re-sale/transfer shall invalidate the ticket and the ticket holder will be refused entry/ejected from the venue.
- Saturday 2nd December and Sunday 3rd December - Tickets apply for all categories.
- Children under 12 will only be granted entry to the Tournament if they are accompanied by an adult at the point of entry and if contact details are provided.

Children 3 and over will require a ticket to enter the reserved seating area, Under 3s will be permitted to sit on an adults lap.
- Photo identification for proof of age required.
- The Organiser accepts no responsibility for late arrival.
- The Organiser shall accept no liability for bodily injury, illness or death of any visitor (including yourself) and/or loss of or damage to personal effects arising out of or in connection with the Tournament, save where the same results from the negligence on the part of employees of the Organiser whilst acting within the scope of their employment.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to, or expel any person whose behaviour is deemed in the sole discretion of the Organiser to be unsuitable.
- All ticket holders must comply with all applicable Health and Safety laws/Regulations in force together with the venue rules.
- No food or drink may be brought into the venue and will be confiscated by security at the entrance.
- All persons and bags will be subject to search when entering the venue and prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated.
- Underage drinking is not permitted at the venue.
- No person shall breach or infringe the rights of any tournament sponsors, suppliers, broadcasters or other parties commercially associated with the Tournament, nor conduct unauthorized promotions or other commercial activity.
- Each spectator/ticket holder irrevocably and unconditionally (i) consents without compensation to the recording of his/her voice, image and likeness captured by any means (including, without limitation, audio, visual and audio-visual recordings by televisions/cameras/telephones/mobile devices and/or photographers) while present at or about The Tournament venue; (ii) agrees to the transmission and use in perpetuity by the Organiser of his/her voice, image and likeness captured whilst present at or about the Tournament venue, free of charge, by means of live or recorded video display, broadcast, transmission or other dissemination or recording, photographs or any other current and/or future media technologies to the fullest extent possible; and (iii) waives, on an irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual basis, all moral rights in and to any recordings of sound made or images taken within the Tournament venue. Spectators’ own photographs or any other recordings of sound made or images taken in or around the Tournament venue may be used for personal, private, non-commercial and non-promotional purposes only.
- The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Tournament in whole or in part without notice, for any reason.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of, and applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
- The Organiser reserves the right to change and update the Tournament Rules in line with local government and relevant authorities’ guidelines at any given time.
